Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering

Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering is a self-financed institute located in Bengaluru and was established in 2001. It is approved by AICTE and Govt. of Karnataka and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum. The campus is attractively landscaped in an 11-acre land at Vidyanagar, Kempegowda International Airport Road, Bengaluru. 

The Institute offers six Under-Graduate, five Post-Graduate and six Doctoral Degree programs. Five undergraduate programs are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Six departments – ME, CSE, ECE, EEE, Civil, and Chemistry – have been approved as research centers by VTU to offer Ph.D. Programs.

The college is located at Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, Bangalore. It is about 13 km away from the Kempegowda International Airport and 9 km from Yelahanka Junction. SVCE is about 4 km away from the Sir MVIT Bus Depot.

Admission Process 

The admission process of SVCE for B.Tech  

Students must apply for undergraduate entrance test- (COMEDK) 

Based on the score and merit list of the entrance exam, centralized counselling (Single window system) will be followed. 

During the counselling, they must give first preference to their desired college, i.e. Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, Bangalore. 

Students must do the document verification at designated centers.  

Students will be shortlisted for counselling rounds based on their score in the entrance exam and preferences given by them for courses and colleges. 

The seat will be allotted to the Students as per the counselling rounds 

Finally, Students must report to the allotted institute and complete the admission process within scheduled dates. 

The admission process of SVCE for M.Tech: 

Students must appear for Karnataka PGCET, conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). 

Counselling is conducted based on the ranking. 

In counselling, they must give first preference to their desired college, i.e. Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, Bangalore. 

Students must do the document verification at designated centers.  

Students will be shortlisted for counselling rounds based on their score in the entrance exam and preferences given by them for courses and colleges. 

The seat will be allotted to the Students as per the counselling rounds 

Finally, Students must report to the allotted institute and complete the admission process within scheduled dates. 

The admission process of SVCE for MBA: 

Students must appear for the PGCET-MBA entrance exam. 

Counselling is conducted based on the ranking. 

Final selection is based on the score obtained in the entrance exam and score obtained in the interview. 

Shortlisted Students must report to the institute and complete the admission process, which includes document verification and fee payment.
