RajaRajeswari College of Engineering was established in 2006 with the objective of becoming a Centre of excellence in technical education. The institute is also known as RCCE Bangalore. It is managed by Moogambigai Charitable and Education Trust (MCET), Bangalore. The college is also ISO 9001-2008 certified. The college is affiliated to VTU and approved by the AICTE and the Govt. of Karnataka. Accredited by NBA of the branches of CSE, ECE, EEE, ME & International Accreditation by HLACT, Texas, UK. It offers Undergraduate programs in six engineering disciplines, besides master’s programs. Departments such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Management Studies offer research programs leading to Ph.D. and M.Sc. Engineering (by Research) of VTU.\

Admission Process 

For B.E. Program : – 

Students must appear for KCET/COMEDK Entrance Exam. 

KCET is for Karnataka Domicile students only but for Karnataka and non-Karnataka both students can appear for COMEDK Exam. 

45% of the students will get admission through KCET Entrance Exam conducted by Government of Karnataka, 30% of the admissions are through the COMEDK Entrance Exam and the rest of the 25% admissions are through Management Quota. 

For M.Tech Program : – 

Students must appear for GATE/PGCET M.Tech examination conducted by KEA.  

Students with a valid GATE score need not to appear for PGCET exam. 

Then, Students need to appear for Karnataka PGCET counselling process. 

Students will be getting admission through the Karnataka PGCET counselling process based on their score in GATE/PGCET examination. 

For MCA Program : – 

Students must appear for Karnataka PGCET MCA entrance examination.  

Then, Students must appear for Karnataka PGCET counselling process. 

Students will be admitted through the Karnataka PGCET counselling process based on their score in PGCET MCA entrance examination. 

For MBA Program :-

Students must appear for GMAT/PGCET MBA entrance exam and obtain a valid score. 

Students then must appear for Karnataka PGCET counselling process. 

Students will be admitted through the Karnataka PGCET counselling process based on their score in GMAT/PGCET MBA entrance examination. 

For PhD Program : – 

Students are required to qualify ULRAT examination conducted by VTU. 

Students then need to appear for a Personal Interview. 

Students who qualify the personal interview are admitted.
